- How long will I have to wait for a taxi to arrive?
We will confirm approximate waiting times at the point of booking, but with 450+ taxis operating throughout Stoke-on-Trent, you shouldn’t have to wait long!
- How will I recognise my taxi?
All Autocab taxis display the Autocab logo on the driver’s door. The driver will also check your name on arrival.
- How will I recognise my driver at the airport?
We will be waiting to greet you at Arrivals, with a welcome board displaying your name.

Autocab taxis operate 24 hours a day, so can accommodate even the earliest flight times. We recommend booking the day before travel.
- Are your taxis accessible for wheelchair users?
We have a range of vehicles that are wheelchair-accessible. Simply let us know your requirements at the point of booking.
- I need a package delivered this afternoon, do you offer a courier service?

- I live outside Stoke-on-Trent. Will your driver take me home?
Certainly! Our drivers are based in Stoke-on-Trent, but many of our fares involve travel outside of the city.
- Do you operate a fixed price policy?
